My bank account will not connect, what should I do?

BCFi connects to more than 90% of 5,000 financial institutions in the United States. However, if there is a connection problem, the online banking system of the user’s bank may be using a legacy system, or if the old system is used, it may take time or experience difficulties in connecting.

However, if it is determined that there is no problem with the banking system, it is recommended to restart the phone and try again.
