I use two banks, and while one bank connects just fine, the other doesn’t. Why?

BCFi connects more than 90% of 5,000 financial institutions in the United States. However, if there is a connection problem, the online banking system of the user’s bank has not been upgraded to the latest system, or if the old system is used, it may take time or experience difficulties in connecting.

So if one bank is connected, but the other is not, it could be because of the difference in the online system between connected banks and non-connected banks.
