I use the same bank as my friend, but my friend is connected, why can’t I?

This is very rare, but in this case, it may be that your bank sent a confirmation email during the process of verifying your identity but it was not confirmed. And other possibilities are if the security question is not updated, the connection may not go through. In this case, you should check to see if the confirmation email/text from the bank went through and try again.
