How to Delete My BCFI Account/Cancel the Subscription:

- Log in to your BCFI account.
- Navigate to Settings: Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner to access your account settings.
- Close BCFI Account: Select the option labeled “Close BCFi Account”.
- Current Password: You will be prompted to enter your current password for verification.
- Confirmation: After inputting your current password, click “Close My BCFi Account”. This action will result in the closure of your BCFi account, including the deletion of all associated data. Additionally, your subscription will be terminated.
Please Note:
- The subscription is billed on a month-to-month basis, and no additional charges, such as early termination or cancellation fees, will be incurred.
- In the event of mid-billing cycle subscription termination, no refunds will be issued for the remaining service period.
